We are busy Accident Repair Bodyshop in Tonbridge and we are recruiting for a Front Of House/Receptionist who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the best customer service.
This role would be ideal for someone with some experience of working in an office and a desire to develop their skills within a nurturing and supportive company. This is challenging role that will require the successful candidate to use their initiative and juggle a multitude of tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Dealing with customers and insurance companies from initial contact to final repairs.
• Answering front of house calls and any walk-in queries.
• Organising the daily vehicle collections/deliveries for our drivers.
• Checking and the handover to customers vehicles.
• Dealing with the customers and staff in a friendly and informative manor.
The Ideal would be:
• A good team player.
• Must have good communication and organisation skills.
• Confident in speaking to customers.
• Experience in customer service (not essential)
This is a permanent full time role Monday-Friday from 8.30-6pm.
