Site Operative

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a Site Operative to begin an ongoing assignment with our client based in the Sevenoaks, Kent area.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

- Sweeping and maintaining a safe and tidy yard

- Assisting members of the public with waste disposal

- Manually lifting waste and placing it in to designated containers

- Communicating with the public professionally

- Marshalling vehicles in to and out of the yard

Within this role, you will be expected to work 6 days a week with one allocated rest day.

You will be expected to be able to work weekends on a regular basis. You must also be comfortable working outside in all weathers throughout your shift.

In return, you will receive:

- Between £9.00 - £9.50 per hour

- Weekly pay

- 28 days holiday per annum

- Full training

- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
