The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Warehouse Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the New Hythe, Aylesford, Kent area.



Within this role, you will be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading trailers

- Moving medical waste in to bins ready for disposal

- Emptying bins on to a belt

- Disposing of medical waste in to an incinerator

- Moving cages and bins around the yard & warehouse



Candidates will need to be comfortable working within an environment that will contain hazardous waste. You must be able to work around strong smells as well as being confident in your physical capabilities to move various sizes of waste around the yard / warehouse.

Our client will provide you with full training throughout your employment to ensure you can fully operate all machines and understand the procedures within the workplace.



You will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, alternating between day shifts and night shifts each week. Shift times below.



Days (£10.00 per hour)

06:00 - 18:00



Nights (£11.25 per hour)

18:00 - 06:00



You will also receive a 60 minute unpaid lunch break and numerous tea breaks throughout your shifts daily.



In return, you will also receive:

- Between £10.00 - £11.25 per hour

- Weekly pay

- 28 days holiday per annum

- Full training & PPE

- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
