Full Time Accounts Payable job £22,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience. Office Based (Ashford).

An established worldwide company offering an engaging and friendly working environment to provide excellent customer services. The company operates COVID safe working practices through ongoing risk assessments and implementation of preventative measures. The role involves a week of 37.5 hours working Mon-Fri 8-4/9-5 (this is flexible as long as it is consistent with the business needs). This role is purely office based.
Your new role
The Accounts Payable role is to assist the Accountant and the CFO. You will need to control the UK Purchase Ledger and Canadian Purchase Ledger, and ensure the recorded data is relevant, reliable, and timely.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 2 years work experience in an Accounts Payable role and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and after appropriate training have the ability to quickly hit the ground running in the role. You must also have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience of multi-company operations is beneficial but not required, similarly with prior exposure to multi-currency.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience. You are entitled to 28 days holiday which is inclusive of UK Public Holidays, as well as a company pension (after 3 months service) and life insurance (after 9 months service).
