We are currently seeking a candidate to cover the reception area for our prestigious client based in Chatham.
The main duties of the reception role will be to answer all telephone calls to the business in a timely and efficient manner, meeting and greeting clients and visitors along with general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have good IT skills, excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Experience in a similar role is essential.
The receptionist will be asked to cover across 2 sites which are nearby each other, 4 hours a day, 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 12.30pm to 4.30pm, occasionally you may be asked to cover 8.30am-12.30pm.
This is a temporary assignment that is commencing as soon as possible.
