Talent Acquisition Partner for the EMEA region - our Globally recognised leader in their field are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various strategic and management roles for their EMEA region.
Whilst the client has various sites throughout the UK, the preferred location for the successful candidate would be Kent with a view to having a presence at times in one of their two East/South Kent sites.
This is a completely new in the busines and will involve the successful applicant devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Creating an end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
With a strong presence in Europe, you will be responsible for forming close relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectation. Travel to these sites will be a requisite of the role whilst also ensuring face to face Teams meetings are in place to encourage excellent communication between the various sites and stakeholders.
You will organisation and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, align the EMEIA recruitment strategy with the corporate DE&I initiatives and harmonise recruitment policies & processes with HR regional leaders.
Experience and skills
* 2/3 years' experience in talent acquisition with knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
* Previous experience of implementing sourcing strategies
* Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships
* Superb communication and problem solving skills
