BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER to £55,000
CITY OF LONDON
Hybrid working
* Supervision of all aspects of operations within the Team to meet quality control targets including supervising and monitoring renewal lists/progress of renewals.
* Ensure the Division achieves workflow targets and Contract Certainty
* Highlights any deficiencies in operations and recommends remedial or corrective action to be taken.
* Investigates and resolves complaints and service failures.
* All Pre-Placement and Post-Placement activity including MRC Slip creation, submission preparation and all technical support to the Team
* Investigates and resolves complaints and service failures.
* Management of the ERC (Engineering Risk Consultants) engineering fee accounts
* Document Production
London Market and International experience preferably in Business processing. Exposure to large international corporations.
Basic administrative experience.
Minimum technical insurance: CertCll or equivalent.
