We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive individual to join our innovative Charity Verification team.

Salary: £21,930 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive individual to join our Charity Verification team and provide outstanding customer service to all of our customers.

Sitting within a vibrant Customer Services department, you will help make giving count by verifying charitable organisations for donations nominated by individual donors, high net worth and corporate clients.

You will require strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills so that you are equipped to handle a range of customer queries and complaints while ensuring CAF and its donors are kept safe from regulatory action. You will also have a good working knowledge of anti money laundering, charitable purpose and the significance of GDPR.

Demonstrable customer service experience is a must and it’s expected that you are comfortable to use the phone while proactively reaching out to charities and providing assistance as required.

To succeed within the Charity Verification team, you will need to possess a high standard of organisation and prioritisation skills so that you can manage your individual workload effectively.

Last but not least, you will recognise the value of teamwork and how working collaboratively with your colleagues is crucial to the success and efficiency of the team and the wider organisation.
