Job Spec - Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Salary - £20,000 - £25,000

25 days holiday

Based at our office in Bromley, with the option to work from home from time to time once embedded in the team.

Role & Responsibilities

*Proactively build and manage resource pool using online job boards and social media

*Advertise job specs

*Identify key skills required for the job role

*Liaise with contractors re availability and suitability for job roles and projects

*Headhunt a range of Infrastructure based candidates

*Interview potential candidates, understand key skills, strengths and discuss rates

*Close candidates for job requirements

*Arrange interviews

*Provide post interview feedback

*Manage contract discussions

*Network with candidates and build relationships with tier 1 contractors

*Manage technical and security vetting processes

*Liaise with contractors re business development reports

*Research new sales opportunities within new and existing accounts

*Actively engage in training and development opportunities offered by vendors and distributors alongside internal training programmes

Desirable

*Strong academic background educated to at least A Level standard, we are particularly interested in candidates with an IT background and understanding of technology and/or good grades in humanities subjects such as English Literature and History

*Knowledge and understanding of the corporate IT sector

*Some understanding of the recruitment process would be advantageous

*Sales experience, worked in an office environment previously

*If you have just graduated you will have worked throughout Uni either a placement year/part time job
