IT Support Analyst - Client Focused
I am working with a Kent based service provider who are looking for someone with a strong Microsoft background covering Office365 migrations, Windows 10, Desktop and Server, knowledge of Sharepoint as well as some virtual and cloud experience.
The role is to work as part of team providing support to their clients, dealing with issues and queries and travelling to client sites when necessary and will typically involve, but not limited to the following:
* Logging and processing support calls
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
* Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
* Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
* Solving password problems
* Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of working within an IT support capacity, ideally in a client focused environment
* Experience of working on Office365 migrations as well as providing overall IT support
* Experience of Active Directory, Windows Server and Exchange administration
* Experience of VMware and Azure environments a real plus
* Knowledge of Sharepoint
* Possess a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle
* Flexibility to travel to client sites as and when required, on occasions could be short notice
