About the role:
Our Aylesford, Kent site is currently looking for a Plastics Injection Moulding Setter/Technician to join our Injection Moulding team. Internally this role is known as Production Technician.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Effectively set and operate injection moulding machinery
• Carry out tool changes
• Work to technical specifications
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines at all times
• Work well within the Production Team
• Fault finding and trouble shooting

Person Specification:
Our ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, skillset and
behaviours:
• Experience in setting and operating of injection moulding machines
• Be self-motivated
• Have willingness to learn and develop
• Be a great team player


Shifts: Rotating 3 shift (06:00 – 14:00,14:00 -22:00, 22:00 – 06:00), 5 day working shift pattern (Monday – Friday)

Salary: £25,200 - £34,000 + shift allowance of £3442.63 (BAND 5/6 Depending on experience)
