The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Sevenoaks, Kent area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry
- Answering inbound calls from customers & clients
- Making outbound calls to customers & clients
- Operating in-house IT systems to assist with the warehouse operations
- Updating order sheets daily
Successful candidates will have a polite and professional telephone manner as well as strong IT skills. You will be expected to liaise with a variety of different clients on a day to day basis to ensure all orders are fulfilled within the given timeframe.
You must also be a strong team player to ensure that you are able to build a strong relationship with all departments including the warehouse.
Some previous experience within an administrator role will be beneficial.
However, our client is also willing to consider candidates with no previous experience given they have the right attitude to succeed.
You will be expected to work from Monday to Friday each week from 08:00 - 17:00.
In return, you will receive:
- Between £9.50 per hour (£20,000 PA) & £10.86 per hour (£24,000) DOE
- 28 days holiday per annum
