The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Warehouse Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment for our client based in the New Hythe, Aylesford, Kent area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Order picking stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Updating stock sheets
- Packing orders ready for dispatch
- Wrapping pallets
Candidates must be able to commit to working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern each week. Dependent on your rota, you will need to be flexible working some weekends.
You must also be comfortable working within a very physically demanding environment for long hours. You will be expected to work within small teams to ensure all jobs are completed daily.
You must be able to start work at 07:00 and finish at 19:00. During your shift, you will receive a 60 minute unpaid lunch break.
In return, you will also receive:
- £11.25 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full PPE & training
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
