JOB ROLE: Customer Service Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Temporary to Permanent Role

HOURS: 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch

SALARY: £15-17.50phr (£28-32k) Weekly pay take home between £525-£612 per week!

LOCATION: Erith

BENEFITS: Free parking, Hybrid working, relaxed office environment



About your role:

* You will be supervising a small team of 1-2 Customer Service Advisors and general support for the office
* Responsible for answering customer calls, managing two inbox's and dealing with tracking queries, personally managing escalated queries and complaints
* Full training will be given on the bespoke internal system and on company processes in order to help you supervise your team efficiently

About you:



* You are a proactive individual who is not afraid of taking charge
* You are experienced in delivering excellent customer service
* You have experience in a team leader role, preferably within the Logistic/Distribution industry
* Ideally familiar with salesforce and sage (not essential)
* Team player ready to get stuck in and available to start ASAP
