We are seeking to appoint a Business Operations Co-Ordinator to join the team, based in our modern offices in Maidstone, to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Shared Services function to provide effective administration support to Group companies.
The work is varied and there will be opportunity for you to stamp your mark on the role and develop it according to your skills.
You will work in a supportive, professional and relaxed environment where you will be treated with respect and encouraged to work autonomously, ethically and with the best interests of our clients and candidates at all times.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Undertake all new contractor/associate on-boarding and background vetting
• Issue contract extension paperwork
• Process finishers and update systems accordingly
• New client on-boarding to include NDA’s, Standard Terms of Business/MSA
• Take up references for new starters and respond to email requests for references
• Respond to client requests for information in relation to audits of our records
• Update and maintain Group CRM Systems
• Produce accurate information and statistics for yearly report submissions and audits (ISO Standards, Client Compliance Audits)
• Provide support for Accounts function when required
