Exciting opportunity to join an innovative company based in Medway on a 6-month fixed term contract working within a friendly and supportive team.
Main duties include:
* Processing customer orders.
* Creation and management of SKUs and BOMs.
* Supporting with Quality Assurance and Product Certification issues.
* Creation of product specification sheets.
* Stock analysis.
* Maintenance of business data.
* Raising of assembly orders, invoices, and communication with Operations.
* Assistance with stock taking and reconciliation.
* Supporting with Demand Planning and Fulfilment Planning.
* General administrative support and cover for Customer Services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong administrative skills.
* Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to pick up new systems.
* Really good organisational skills, especially under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
