Our Manufacturing client is recruiting a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join their local HR Team after the Merger of another organisation. This is a temporary role and you will be joining a team of 3 other HR professionals for 2 months+.
Your new role
As a Recruitment & HR Administrator you will manage and coordinator all aspects of administration, this will include Recruitment, Grievances and disciplinary and general HR admin ad hoc requests. You will mainly support end to end recruitment and deliver site inductions to new starters.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be CIPD qualified or working towards with at least 2 years of HR/in-house Recruitment experience.
