Job Title: Administrator - Credit Control department

Location: Ashford

Salary: £21,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Your key responsibilities would be:

* Deal with post
* Monitor and distribute emails received into the Accounts inbox
* Process and cash allocate cheques using Excel and SAGE 200
* Scan across invoices and timesheets to clients
* Update client account details on a weekly basis assigning to the correct group codes and Credit Controllers
* Run the weekly invoices in an accurate manner
* Run the monthly statements and distribute to clients
* Deal with setting up new clients accounts on a daily basis, this will involve dealing with branches directly and ensuring the information provided on client application forms is both accurate and following the set out Finance guidelines.
* Assisting other members of the team with daily administration tasks (matching timesheets etc)
* Answering direct phone calls and passing onto the relevant Department.
* Processing Card payments on Sage Pay

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience working within an Administrative position
* Experience working in a fast paced environment would be great
* An interest in Finance and Credit Control
