Chef

Based in Whitstable

£ Salary Dependent on Experience



Our Client, an established family run seafood market and restaurant based in Whitstable, is currently looking to recruit a Chef to join their team on a temp-perm basis.



You will be working Wednesday-Sunday, 11am-8.30pm - Our client can be flexible with the hours but you must be able to work during service time which is 12pm-7.45pm.



The ideal candidate will be looking for their next career move within a tight-knit team and will be passionate about cooking with fresh local produce.



Duties and Responsibilities

* To work in both the restaurant kitchen and the market as and when required
* To prepare meals using fresh, local produce
* Help to develop existing menu and sauces



Personal Specification

* NVQ 1&2 preferred
* Previous experience working within a busy kitchen
* Knowledge of cooking fish and seafood
