Are you an experienced Technical Customer Support Executive seeking a new exciting challenge to start in the 2022 or before if you are available sooner?

Working with a global manufacturing business who has an impressive track record to date and equally impressive plans for the future, we are seeking applications for the role detailed below:

You will have at least three years experience of delivering customer support in a similar technical based role. Acting as the interface between the customer and the workshops and skilled technical areas.

This is a role that requires the successful person to grow and develop relationships with customers using excellent written and verbal skills. Customer liaison will incorporate duties such as coordinating scheduling and progression of orders, raise invoices, provide quotes, produce and formulate technical evaluation and answering technical queries and solving problems. You will be demonstrate ability to manage a busy workload and cope under pressure.

Attention to detail is paramount as this role requires technical compliance to be adhered to and a strong analytical skills are required to run the necessary reports and monitor individual accounts.

A competitive salary is on offer to the successful person and interviews are likely to be held before Christmas.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday with a good range of benefits and competitive salary
