The International team have a vacancy for a full time Customer Experience Specialist. Reporting to April Golding-Brodie, this role is responsible for delivering a smooth, seamless customer experience every time and at all stages of the customer’s journey.
The key accountabilities and responsibilities for the role include:
• Order processing, planning and scheduling to overseas markets
• Following a customer’s journey from order input to after-sales feedback
• Preparation of all export commercial invoices and documentation to support overseas shipments
• Support the sales teams to develop existing business and forge relationships
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and enforce continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will require:
• Experience in a Customer Service environment
• An understanding of the Supply Chain would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills
• A good attention to detail
• Commercial awareness would be an advantage
• The ability to demonstrate good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to speak other languages would be an advantage
