The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to begin a permanent assignment for our client based in the Marden, Kent area.

Responsibilities will include:

- Fully brief warehouse before and after the day’s work raising any notes for warehouse team in meetings
- Ensure all aspects of H&S are adhered to at all times
- Supervise warehouse and loading teams to ensure correct loading and allocation of vehicles to routes
- Ensure all agency staff are inducted and trained
- Be flexible to company needs / changes and happy to pitch in at all times when needed
- High level of care and accuracy within the loading operation to ensure customer product is delivered OTIF (on time in full)
- Ensure vehicles are loaded on time in a safe, presentable manner and where applicable highlight all errors and damages prior to completion

Our client is looking for someone who has a driven and proactive attitude to succeed within this role.
Due to the nature of our clients business, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines to ensure both the warehouse is operating at maximum efficiently as well as ensuring that all orders are released on time each day.

Candidates must be able to commit to working from Monday to Friday each week on varying shift times.

You will be expected to begin work between 06:00 & 10:00 daily dependent on the businesses requirements.

You must also hold a valid UK counterbalance forklift licence.
