I am supporting a wonderful client who is looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join its friendly credit control team.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Credit Control Manager with collections and helping oversee the credit control team
Contacting customers by telephone, email, fax or letter in order to obtain payment of debts
Allocating cash payments to customer accounts
Processing credit card transactions
Keeping on top of unallocated cash
Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
Opening credit accounts
Dealing with credit limits
Reviewing and actioning credit referred orders
Preparing accounts that have not paid to terms for party debt collection
Skills and Experience:
Strong credit control experience
Ability to collect debtor payments
Excellent telephone manner and written skills
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Accuracy
Methodical
Team player
Flexibility
