Helpdesk Administrator

£23k-£25k
We are currently recruiting for one of our Clients who is looking to recruit a Key Account Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4pm.
Benefits include:
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Office shutdown over Christmas
* Early finish on a Friday
* On-site parking
* Company pension
* Company uniform provided
The role will involve;
· Providing service support and administration for specified key account clients
· Preparing reports
· Logging jobs and raising orders
· Maintaining the good financial running of the accounts including credit control
· Liaising with clients to solve queries
· Liaising with Operations team to ensure jobs are allocated to engineers
· Responding to all general enquiries by telephone and e-mail
The perfect candidate will:
* Have experience of working within a similar client facing role
* Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
* Have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* Have a meticulous approach to all tasks and a keen eye for detail
* Have an organised and proactive approach to all tasks
* Be fully competent in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Excel knowledge is imperative
* Have experience within a corporate office environment
