We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team and train to be a LGV driver. Our role may suit someone who is looking to either start or change their career – you can earn £9.50 per hour as you work and learn, with your earning potential rapidly increasing after the 12 – month training plan.

Our Trainee LGV Driver will join our transport department at the Aylesford site where they will undergo a training plan (via an apprenticeship scheme) covering all aspects of road transport, particularly focussed on the safe loading, driving and delivering of goods in the UK.

The successful candidate will be expected to be extremely flexible in their approach to the duties and hours required, they must have very high attention to detail, focus and be keen to progress themselves.

There will be a 12-month structured training program with theory and practical study. There will also be medicals and exams as you will be expected to gain both a FLT & a vocational LGV licence during that time. After that you will be expected to gain practical experience out on the road as well as undertaking further training on site.

All training and equipment will be provided; all we require is that the successful candidate possess the below:
