Sales Support Administrator
Based in Rochester

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be providing administration support to the sales team. Your duties include but are not limited to -
* Working with the sales team to compose accurate and informative proposals to fulfil client's project-based requirements
* Reverting proposals in a timely fashion to the sales team
* Liaising with clients via e-mail and phone in the absence of Account Managers and Account Directors
* Tracking leads and sending out to the sales team
* Conversing with visitors and providing any assistance needed
Candidate requirements -
* Experience within a business/sales environment
* Experience within an administrative role
* Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications
* Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure
* Great written and verbal communication, and attention to detail
