Reed Facilities are in the process of supporting a market leader and innovative organisation on the outskirts of Cranbrook in finding passionate production operatives. If you love the environment and the wellbeing of animals, this could truly be the perfect opportunity for you. Your main duties will be:
- Packing eggs
- Keeping your area clean and tidy
- Reliable and able to work alone as well as in a team
- Responsible for good quality control
- Eye for detail
- Labelling to demand
This job role is psychically demanding and involved standing for long periods of time.
NO EXPERIENCE required. Training will be given.
Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm Friday 6am - 2:30pm
£9.40per hour + £1 whilst its short staff + £1 for 100% attendance = £11.40 per hour (this is monitored and limited)
Permanent and career opportunities are available for the right candidates to move up the ladder starting at Supervisor level.
A bus service is available to anyone living in the Bexhill, Hastings and St Leonards on Sea areas.
Refer a friend and receive a bonus if they consistently work for 3 months in you wages. Also you will receive 2 dozen eggs every Friday.
