Our client, a leading specialist in logistics for Europe, is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor, to process orders and provide excellent support, resolving any issues and enquiries customers may have.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Order input and payment processing
* Processing memberships and renewals
* Arranging collections
* Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries
* Resolving problems regarding orders
* Recording daily activities
* General office admin
Person Specification:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Excellent customer care skills
* Willing to learn
* Able to work additional hours when required
* Problem solving skills
* Able to build rapport with customers
* Interest in the products
