Our client based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks are looking for a new HR and DBS co-ordinator to join their expanding team. This is a lovely dept and a great company to work for. Interviewing soon for this role.
Working in a small team of 7 girls. the company are a national company, excellent reputation and great team spirit
The duties include:
General HR duties, liaising with candidates to complete necessary paperwork in order to meet DBS guidelines.
To meet and support the candidate with the completion of their joining paperwork
Arrange training courses for new staff
To build a positive working relationship with all departments, as well as being flexible, supportive. Maintain a polite, articulate and professional manner at all times.
To deal with all enquires in the HR DBS dept whether face to face, telephone, post or via email in a timely and professional manner.
