Description
Line Management of the Shop Sales Executives to ensure the completion of day-to-day workload is in line with agreed SLA’s/KPI’s. Motivate and coach the team to ensure service levels are maintained as well as providing support to the team in completion of daily tasks.

Requirements:
- Ownership of Line Management duties: team meetings, monthly One to One’s, annual appraisals and absence management in line with
- Logistics UK Policies
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets through timely order processing & outbound calling
- Ensure all orders/enquiries are processed within agreed SLA’s to ensure excellent service levels are maintained
- Keep up to date with new products introductions/legislative changes to cascade to the team
- Work with the Customer Service Manager and Marketing to identify & execute Outbound Calling Campaigns, outlining clear call and revenue targets
- Work closely with Accounts Department and monitor all Invoice Queries to ensure credit terms are followed during order processing
- Maintain strong links with the E-Commerce and Stock Teams
- Undertake any other duties/tasks specified by the Customer Service Manager
- Ensure you and the team provide excellent Customer Service levels both to internal & external customers
- Demonstrate the Logistics UK’s core values (Excellence, Dynamism, Togetherness & Reputation)

Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Computer Literacy – ideally Microsoft
- Communication skills
- Can-Do attitude
- Previous experience within a customer facing, telephone-based role (CS Executive or Account Management)
- Pro-active attitude
