Senior Business Process Officer - 6 month contract
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Process Officer to join their busy team on a 6 month contract. As a Senior Business Process Officer you will be responsible for overseeing business process activities, and defining rules, policies and guidelines to ensure that the main objectives follow the companies strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
* Document, maintain, update procedures and policies and monitor their implementation
* Review existing processes, propose improvements and identify new processes to be developed
* Evaluate improvements with internal and external stakeholders
* Implement the Quality Assurance for the department towards the Agency and audits
* Experience within a similar role
* Data analysis and problem solving skills
* Good time management and planning
