I am working with a leading and growing property data company who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team.
As a business development manager you will be responsible for bringing in new clients and developing the relationship to encourage long term clients and growth.
The day to day duties of the business development manager will include:
Speaking to solicitors to introduce packages and data packs to in turn secure an appointment
Attend appointments booked to secure the sale
Follow up from sale to the onboarding ensuring £300 spend on client
Providing information and guidance on packages on offer
Using inhouse database (salesforce) to log all information
Using outsourced company to contact leads generated and also using own initiative to self-generate leads
Attend conferences meetings and industry events
The ideal candidate for the business development role will have experience which includes:
Previous b2b experience
Essential to have a driving licence
Previous experience using sales force or some form of similar CRM
Experience or knowledge in property market is ideal however not essential.
Money hungry and keen to develop
Well organised and can use own initiative
Easy to talk to and highly literate
Good networking skills
