JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor - Full training provided

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £9.50ph | £19,500 once perm

TERM: Temp or Temp to Perm

HOURS: Monday to Sunday, various shifts

We have a brand new opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an office based role. No experience necessary as full training will be provided. You just need the right attitude, be keen to learn and a strong work ethic!

You will be joining a thriving business with offices throughout the UK, based in Ashford you will be joining a really friendly and supportive team who will be there to develop you through your career journey.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers
* Providing written and verbal responses to customer account queries
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Taking and processing customers payments
* Processing refunds and issuing credit notes
* Order/Data Capture
* Assisting and supporting other areas of the team where appropriate
* Ensure a high level of accuracy when data inputting
