Client Engagement Engineer

Managed Service Provider

Farringdon, London

£33-36,000 + £2K incentive

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently working with a Managed Service Provider voted in the top 10 MSPs to work for in the UK. We are currently helping them search for a Client Engagement Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to take ownership of the client onboarding process, ensuring customers receive high-quality support from day one.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical background covering 1st/2nd Line Support within a Managed Service environment and will hold excellent communication and relationship building qualities.

From a technical perspective you will need experience in as many of the below areas as possible:

* Microsoft Windows platforms, particularly Windows 7-10
* Microsoft Office Versions and Exchange 2007-2016 / Office365
* Microsoft Server platforms - 2008-2016
* PowerShell scripting and systems administration using automation
* Network infrastructure - routers, firewalls (SonicWALL), VLAN, WLAN (Meraki), QOS, routing
* Security platforms: antivirus (Webroot), OpenDNS, Qualys (vulnerability management)
* Cloud email security systems: anti-spam, email archiving (Reflexion and/or Mimecast)
* Cloud file sync and share platforms: DropBox, OneDrive, AutoTask Workplace
* Phone systems (on premise and/or hosted): VoIP troubleshooting and configuration management

You will receive a starting salary of between £30-36,000 depending on experience and the role includes various benefits such as a £2K incentive, private healthcare and more.
