If you have a good care background training will be given. If you have level 2 Diploma / NVQ in Health & Social Care they would be helpful, but not essential.
As well as delivering in house training courses, you will be required to book Carers onto the training courses, attend mandatory training in line with regulatory requirements,
You must be a team player, have a professional and approachable manner with excellent communications skills.
