Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for our client, an online retailer based on the outskirts of Dover.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £19,000 – 21,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who look after their staff. They are looking for someone who is passionate about providing first class customer service with an understanding of eCommerce and online selling.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing first line support to customers
• Responding to inbound enquires (phone and email)
• Ensuring all systems are up to date
• Liaising with retail outlets and warehouse to ensure transparency
• Escalating complaints where necessary
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience in a phone based customer service role
• Good telephone manner and able to build rapport
• Have a very good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
