This is your chance to join Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) in pioneering a new era of responsive, student-centred medical education. We are seeking two Teaching Fellows to contribute to the teaching and assessment of Anatomical sciences within the KMMS undergraduate BM BS programme.

This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team of medical educators working to establish and deliver an innovative and integrated undergraduate medical curriculum. You will be involved in a wide range of face-to-face learning and teaching activities in brand new facilities for anatomical sciences.

We expect you to be suitably qualified with some experience of teaching undergraduate medical and/or healthcare students as well as proven skills in communication and giving clear and constructive feedback.

As Teaching Fellow in Anatomy you will:

co-ordinate, administer and deliver small and medium size group teaching
contribute to the creation, development and evaluation of new and innovative course material
act as a role model for students and provide pastoral and academic support
be involved in multiple mini interviews, assessments, standard setting and OSCEs

To be successful in this role you will have:

a medical degree or a degree in anatomy or closely related subject
a demonstrable interest in teaching and learning in the curriculum domain of anatomy
a proven ability to work co-operatively with colleagues
experience of successful time management and balancing competing priorities
