We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant for our client in Dartford
Purpose of role
Support the Finance department with rebuilding data and emailing essential documents
Key responsibilities
* Recovery of lost data
* Support Credit
* controller with emailing invoices, statements and other essential documents
Duties
* Emailing invoices, statements
* General data recovery and data entry
* Liaise with Credit Controller and Accounts Assistant daily, and ensure customers and vendors accounts are updated
Experience required
* Competent on full range of Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* High standard of numeracy and literacy
* Have experience with a Finance team
Salary - £11-12ph
