Customer Service and Accounts Executive

Huntress are currently seeking a Customer Service and Accounts Executive, based in the Dartford area. Our client who is experiencing a period of growth, is seeking a member to join their team who will join with a proactive approach.
The role is to support the customer service team, as well as UK Fleet Contracts.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, dealing professionally with incoming orders, queries and complaints
* Act as the first point of contact for a group of customers
* Support new business initiatives
* Accurately process orders in a timely manner
* Processing customer returns
* Achieve an understanding of all products and services, to ensure you can provide the best customer service possible
The ideal candidate:
* Have customer service experience
* Have great communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive, and demonstrates initiative
* Team player
