Required for busy office in Aylesford.
David Payne & Son (Coachbuilders) Ltd are a long-established family business repairing commercial vehicles of all sizes from a home delivery van to a large, refrigerated supermarket trailer.
We are seeking a friendly, proactive person with a can-do attitude to join our office team.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Sage, payroll entry and banking software is required.
Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining sales and purchase ledger systems.
• Invoicing and invoice queries.
• VAT returns.
• Credit control.
• Customer and supplier accounts.
• Weekly and monthly payroll.
• Bank statement reconciliations.
• Producing monthly management accounts.
This is a varied and interesting role. In addition, you will be involved in day-to-day customer service and Insurance administration.
Working hours: - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Salary £28,000 annually.
