Do you have what we’re looking for?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Training & Quality Manager to join Imago. We’re looking for someone to develop and administer training programmes, and take ownership of the processes and activities related to our quality marks, including ISO 9001, Investors in People and Ofsted.

The post holder will schedule training sessions, organise information technology and other resources, and manage course enrolment and attendance. You will develop and deliver in-person training sessions across a range of topics, so should enjoy and be confident engaging with different audiences. You will also arrange any external trainers, and monitor training for effectiveness. In the future, the role will include the development and delivery of external training programmes

In addition, you will carry out quality audits and maintain records and manuals. This involves managing a calendar of quality mark inspections and reviews, which you will lead on, ensuring Imago is able to meet all standards and expectations.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be responsible for providing regular training and quality reports to senior managers.

Applicants must have a relevant quality or training qualification, and recent experience of delivering training programmes and working within a quality assurance framework.

The role is based in Tunbridge Wells but will require some travel across Kent and other areas, so the post holder must be prepared to travel. Car driver essential.
