Project Support Officer
I am working with a Kent based company who are looking a Project Support Officer to join a team who look after a number of projects/programmes based around the delivery of technical IT projects. The team work with project/programme managers, particularly when it comes to monitoring project plans, maintaining budget information, attending project meeting and taking minutes as well as collecting reports and other relevant documentation.
Must have proven knowledge/experience of:
* Working in a structured manner, organised manner and independently as needed;
* Using MS Office and, in particular, MS Excel, which is used to help with finance management;
* Organising meetings and taking clear and concise minutes;
* Assisting with delivery by taking on and/or chasing up meeting actions;
* Worked on Project and/or Programme level Projects previously, with a knowledge of the project life cycle.
* Previous experience of creating and maintaining project and/or programme level cost books.
* RAIDs management across Project and/or Programme level.
