Removal Company based in Ashford (Kent),
We are looking for ambitious and experienced sales manager/Removal consultant for warm calls our customers.
This is full-time position in the office!
Duties and Responsibilities
You would be working with a close knit team, contacting potential customers by telephone, email and other types of communication. These customers have expressed an interest in the removal service and the leads have been generated from the website.
The aim of the role is to fully understand the clients requirements, offer them some options, give quotation on costs and advice on services or to schedule appointments for surveyors. Ideally the aim is to negotiate the price with the customer over the phone or via email and close the deal.
What we need:
You are very active, welcoming, warm, understanding person who can spark the relationships with the customer over the phone in the first minutes of the conversation.
Essential experience required:
A proven B2C telephone sales track record or similar
Ideally experience within the removal industry
The skills and drive to close sales appointments on the phone
Be capable of handling objections and thinking outside the box
The ability to build client relationships from a standing start
Use of CRM, VOIP systems
Experience in relationship management
The ability to communicate and work with people at all levels
Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written and a positive engaging telephone manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Client focussed with excellent influencing skills
Remuneration : We got excellent conditions. Our salary consists of basic 21,000 and commissions
The commission scheme is uncapped and our experienced sales agents make between £ 2500 - £ 4000 per month depending on the revenue brought in. You can start earning after first week.
