Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Admin Assistant to join their established IT Support company based in Maidstone, Kent

The role entails:

- Assisting the office manager with general administrative tasks

- Taking calls from clients and providing a good level of customer service

- Posting sales invoices onto Sage

- Posting purchase invoices onto Sage

- Bank reconciliations

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience working as an Admin Assistant

- A good telephone manner

- Experience using Sage 50

The salary for this role is up to £20,000 depending on experience
