SQL Database Developer

Our client, a specialist consultancy established for over 20 years, have an exciting opportunity for an SQL Database developer with a passion for technology, reporting and data.
They are a rapidly growing and ambitious company, looking for the right people to work with a knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced and fun team. The role will be completely home-based, with 1 day every 2 weeks at a shared meeting space in either Rochester or London.
Daily tasks:
Working with the Application Architect to design database tables and logic
Develop SQL trigger, procedures and UDF
Write complex dynamic SQL queries and procedures
Report development using Telerik report designer (training provided)
Develop data model for PowerBI integrations
Develop database driven APIs.
Consume 3rd party web services and APIs and provide access for 3rd parties to the databases
Work with other developers on different tiers of the applications
Work with cloud-based databases
Experience:
Experience of SQL relational databases
Experience of Transact SQL (T-SQL) or similar
Experience of database development
Experience of Power BI and similar reporting solution
Experienced in the use of stored procedures and triggers
Experience of SOAP /REST APIs
Experience of Enterprise database development.
