Overall purpose of the job:

As a core part of the Communications and Public Engagement Department, the Marketing and Digital Content Co-ordinator will collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Collections, Hospitality, Filming, Programming and Events to create engaging communications that deliver our brand story to our target audiences. They will have a good understanding of digital communications channels, be a strong copywriter and have the ability to select the most effective channels to achieve the best conversion results.

The Marketing and Digital Content Co-ordinator will play an important role in developing and supporting the delivery of the Trust’s digital engagement strategy; creating innovative and exciting digital content to appeal to both existing audiences and to reach new ones; and contributing to the organisation’s communications campaigns, while supporting the Communication and Public Engagement department’s administrative functions.
