Our client is seeking a supervisor for their Administration team. Your role will be to oversee the day to day activities of 2/3 administrators based in Hoo in Medway.
You will need to have good administrative skills together with leadership skills. You need to be a good problem solver and have good communication skills. You will be expected to train members of staff and also to guide and lead the team in order to achieve certain targets.
The client is a major international player in the distribution of high end clothing and furniture. This is a blue chip company which is constantly striving to achieve the best customer service for their clients. The company have recently moved into their purpose built site in Hoo and so is very modern and with plenty of parking on site.
You need to have experience within a managerial role within an office environment, at least two years and be able to demonstrate this. You need to have good communication skills and managerial skills.
£25,000 PA including benefits, 25 days holiday. Plenty of car parking space.
Hours of work 8-4.15pm Monday to Friday initially but then working 5 days over 7.(this can be negotiated).
