Must Have Ideas Ltd is a friendly, small but high-growth ecommerce company selling household, beauty, garden and pet products to our rapidly growing customer base in the UK.

We are looking for a Content Producer to join our friendly team and form a crucial part in our mission to acquire new customers.

We sell our products primarily via social media, using a wide range of video formats to showcase our range of innovative and unique homewares products.

You will be responsible for creating a variety of lifestyle and testimonial videos which include demonstrations of our products. This is a role which requires the ability to plan, shoot and direct models and actors on set and produce compelling videos to sell our products.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Researching and planning video content for our growing range of homewares products.
• Organising shoot days, booking locations, talent and sourcing any props required for demonstrations.
• Directing actors/models to achieve the most natural and impactful delivery possible.
• Editing videos in accordance with strict deadlines

The right candidate will have:
• Minimum 1 years’ professional experience in content production
• Excellent knowledge of Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
• Experience using DSLR equipment for both video and photographic purposes
• Confidence directing actors/models
• The ability to plan ahead and respond to deadlines
• A good standard of written English
• Confidence communicating via email and over the phone
• A highly motivated, hands-on attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full driving licence and own car
