Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing

We are seeking a full time conveyancing secretary to work in our busy residential conveyancing department at our Folkestone office. The team is well organised, friendly and work closely together.

Responsibilities include

- typing dictation,

- taking and making calls to clients and others,

- use of Land Registry online portal,

- client management computer programme

- diary management

- other duties to support the team and the office generally.

Our office is described by our staff as their extended family. We are based in a beautiful building in central Folkestone and have parking on site.
