Having seen success through the previous several graduate recruitment intakes, with top performers earning well over £50,000 in their first year, the business are now ready to interview and onboard a new recent graduate again (any field considered).

Office bases in Tunbridge Wells, London, Manchester, and internationally

In this role you will be equipped with market-leading technology, and trained on proven techniques/processes, in order to all-but-guarantee your professional development and success.

Day to day you will be introduced to each stage of the recruitment process, as well as have tailored 'orientation’ training available, to assist your learning of an appropriate specialism / niche. And on completion of training, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, and work both independently and with a team, to deliver an exceptional end-to-end recruitment service.

Commission is available after week 4, and you will receive ongoing access to advice/support as required.

Superb salary package - £20,000 Base + easily achievable bonus OTE of £15,000 = £35,000. + Benefits - flexible working scheme, gym membership, additional leave, company incentives such as holidays!

Applicants to this position should be based within reasonable commute of Tunbridge Wells, and require to be naturally driven and ambitious , motivated both by the opportunity to earn highly but also to learn and develop expertise. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and typically successful hires are impactful communicators who thrive on managing and developing relationships, and coordinating between multiple deadlines and tasks, maintaining a focus on achieving results/objectives.
The role could suit a grad-calibre candidate with some level of commercial experience
